Refund Policy
At 15X Business Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality services while maintaining transparent and fair business practices. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.
1. Refund Request Window
Clients may request a refund for any reason within seven (7) calendar days of each payment. After this period, all payments are non-refundable, except in cases where delivery obligations specified in the agreed scope or timeline are not met.
2. Failure to Deliver Services
In the event of a material failure to deliver services in accordance with the agreed scope, timeline, or performance standards, clients may request a prorated refund. Refund amounts will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed relative to the total project value.
3. Refund Request Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@15Xmybusiness.com. Requests must include supporting documentation clearly outlining the basis of the refund claim.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within thirty (30) business days of approval and will be issued using the original payment method, where possible.
5. Client-Initiated Contract Termination
If a client terminates a contract prior to project completion:
All services rendered up to the termination date will be evaluated and billed accordingly.
Consulting meetings and strategy sessions conducted prior to termination will be billed at $500 per hour.
Project-based work and administrative services completed prior to termination will be billed at $250 per hour.
Any scheduled meetings missed by the client without prior notice of cancellation will be billed at the full consultation rate of $500 per hour, based on the scheduled meeting duration.
These charges will be deducted from any potential refund. Refund calculations will be based on the full contract value and the percentage of work completed at the time of termination.
6. Final Determination
All refund determinations are made at the sole discretion of 15X Business Solutions, based on documented work completed and compliance with contractual terms.
